Easter fun

The day before Easter we had a lot going on so we decided to go to Riverdale Park for the Easter egg hunt because it was a little later, yeah bad idea!!  There were so many people and after waiting for 20 minutes (which seemed like FOREVER) the boys only got 1 or 2 eggs a piece.  Oh well, at least we went.

Sunday was a much better day for the Easter egg hunts.  After church we were just relaxing (I love 9:00 church for that reason) and the neighbors came over and said they had tons of extra eggs and wanted to do an egg hunt for the boys.  So we headed over to their house and their three older boys had hidden eggs all over in their backyard.  My boys were SO EXCITED!!  It was fun watching them run all over and try to find the eggs while the neighbor boys were so excited watching them look for them.  They are such cute boys and good neighbors.  The boys filled their buckets over there, it was so nice of them!!

After we got done at the Lindsey's we headed up to my mom's house for dinner.  Scott and Sandra were in town and we got to see baby Sophia for the first time.  She is so sweet!!  Sandra's parents were also here with Scott and Sandra and this was their first time to America.  They are from Peru and have never been to the United States.  They were SO NICE and it was fun to get to spend time with them.  After dinner my mom spoiled the kids with Easter gifts and then we headed to the park for our Mason family party.

All the of the aunts on the Mason side put on an annual Easter egg hunt for everyone and it's a BLAST!!  They do one for the younger kids, the older kids and one for the adults.  The adult one gets a little crazy and I have been known for taking people out (unfortunately it's been Nick the past two years).  It was so much fun, this year we scored 35.00 all together, it was awesome!!  It was such a fun Easter and I can't wait to do it again next year.

Waiting for the Riverdale Park's Easter egg hunt
The kids all played a football game at the Mason family party.  Thanks to Cliff and Mitch for being their coaches.  They are such cute guys!!

All of the kids scored at the egg hunts, all of their baskets were overflowing.  It is SO NICE of his aunts, they put a lot of money into every year.
