Happy Easter

I am so grateful for the gospel of Jesus Christ and the testimony I have of my Savior.  I love that today we get a day to celebrate the resurrection of our Savior and celebrate the chance we will all get to be resurrected one day.  I am so blessed to have the chance to be wife and a mother and enjoy the happiness that they bring to me each day. I love my Savior so much and can't wait to be with him again one day, but until then, this is an amazingly beautiful world and I am so blessed!!  Happy Easter everyone.

Arenacross 2014

We took the boys down to Arenacross at the Energy Solutions Arena.  It was cool to see all the motorcycles race, but I think we would have liked a freestyle show better.  It was at least fun to get out and spend a night together as a family.  Too bad Bo is still so little, he can enjoy all these things with us next year.

Such a good dog, we will miss him. . .

Boba stopped eating last Thursday and was not doing very good.  We decided he had been through a lot and he was suffering quite a bit from his tumors, thyroid problem, and abscess.  We decided it was time to let him go.  That was one of the hardest choices I have ever had to make.  On March 26, 2014 he returned home to Heaven.  It was so hard.  We drew him pictures, I made a stepping stone with his paw print and we bought a tree.  We had a little funeral in our backyard for him and the boys helped us bury him and plant our tree.  It was so hard, but I feel so at peace that he is out of pain.

He was such a good dog.  He would always walk between the boys and the parking strip so they wouldn't go in the road especially the babies.  When we were outside playing he always had to know where they were and kept a close eye on them.  He would let the boys crawl all over him and pull his ears and not make a peep.  He was so patient and loving.  We will miss him so much!!

I think they like her

I had just gotten home from the grocery store and I took Rozlyn with me because Krystal had Achievement Days, so I got home and brought her in and then went out to unload the groceries and this is how the boys were when I came in.  I think they like her just a little bit : )

Beckem's First Salon Hair Cut

Up until now I have just buzzed Beckem's hair.  I feel like it's not worth the fight when they are little to try to get them and actual hair cut.  Well, the other day all the other boys got their hair cut and Beckem wanted to big like them.  So, Krystal said, "hop on up buddy, lets get your hair cut too"  He was so excited.  He did so good and just sat so still.  The girl getting her nails done next to Krystal kept saying, "oh my heck, my boy is two and he would never act like that.  He is SO GOOD"  He is such a good boy and he LOVED IT!!

So stinkin handsome!!

Such a fun night. . .

So my sister texted me on a Thursday night and said, I just got offered great seats to Jazz game tomorrow night want to double and go on a date??  OF COURSE I do, I have wanted to go to a Jazz game for so long.  So, thank goodness Brandje and Shawn could watch the boys so we could go have a date night.

We headed down to Salt Lake.  I was so excited all day!!  We got down to the game and when we picked up our tickets we also received a 25 dollar gift card for food. So nice, right??  Well, after we sat down I receive a text. . . "President Monson is in the house, in the suite right above you and to your left"  I immediately freaked out. I was so close to the prophet. . . I had to meet him.  I immediately text back. . . "I have to meet him" another text, "please, take me to the prophet", another text "PLEASE make that happen for me"  I got a text back, "I can't take you to the prophet, but I can deliver him a note from you, make sure you put your name and address on it as well."  I was shaking I was so excited, I was about to write the prophet a love note.  Where do you even begin telling this man how much you love and appreciate him and the gospel??  Krystal and I began writing our love notes to the prophet.  I returned the text, "done, they are ready for you to deliver them"
While we were waiting for the notes to be picked up we ran out to get some food with our 25 gift card.  We ran into the man that was coming to pick up the tickets, he stayed with us while we ordered food and got us another 50% off food, WHAT, this night is getting better and better!!  So I kept on begging to meet the prophet.  He kept telling me that he couldn't do that.  He took us over and got us free drinks and then he said, I can't get you in to see the prophet, but I can give you these passes.  They were VIP passes to meet the players after the game. I FREAKED OUT!!  I was going to meed NBA players, this is AWESOME!!  So we headed back to our seats with tons of food and sodas in our arms and our VIP passes.  I was so excited to tell Zac.

After the game was over we headed down the portal to the players tunnel.  I was freaking out, this was so awesome!!  When we got down with the 30 people that were there to meet the players everyone was so quiet and acted like it was no big deal. . . THIS IS A BIG DEAL, Krystal and I were so excited and we didn't care if everyone was quiet or not, we were happy and we weren't going to hide it.

So we had to stand there for a few minutes while the players were showering and changing and then the first player came out.  He was going down the line signing his name when all the sudden Krystal says, Oh . . . I want his autograph.  I turned around and this man looked familiar but I didn't know why.  All the sudden I just ask, hey can she get your autograph.  He looked up and went bright red.  "Sure, I wasn't expecting that, but I can do that"  So he signs her paper and then she says, I am sorry can I get a picture with you as well.  Yeah, come to find out it was channel 13 weather man.  She is such a dork, but that really was the highlight of her night.  It was AWESOME!!

I had such a great night.  It was so nice to go out and laugh and talk with Krystal like old times.  I haven't laughed like that in a long time, it felt good.  It was definitely a night I will always remember.

Worker Guy

The other day Kyson had a field trip for preschool so Krystal watched the babies so I could just go and spend the day with Kyson.  It was so nice to be able to just be with him and give him some one on one attention.  After the field trip we decided to go eat lunch with Zac since we were right by his work.  During lunch Kyson put on all of Zac's "worker guy" outfit and told Zac he was ready to go to work.  It was so cute.  He seriously looks up to Zac so much and he wants to be just like him.  I love it.  I love these pictures especially because the temple is in the background.  I am so grateful for the opportunity Zac has to build one of the Lord's temples.  What a HUGE blessing it is and our boys will always get to look at the temple and know their daddy, their "hero", built that.  It's so awesome to me!!

Random Pictures

Kyson and Beckem were playing so cute together.  I love when they are little buddies, it is so cute!!
Bo is no longer my baby anymore, he is getting so big. . . I love this picture of him, he melts my heart!!
Since we tend Roz two days a week I just feel like she is just one of my kids.  We are constantly taking pictures of her.  I love being an aunt!!

This is my little man, he loves to rides his jeep around the neighborhood.  I love how he is sitting in this picture he looks so grown up.
My kids love their bubbles in their bath tub : )  Tegan went a little overboard this night I think, but he had a blast.

I love that Boden is finally old enough to hang out and play with his brothers more.  Beckem and Bo are becoming such good little friends I LOVE IT!!  They were so cute sitting in their chairs just jabbering to each other the other night.

New Four-Wheeler

Zac offered a guy at work to trade some of his tools for a four-wheeler that didn't work.  Zac was so excited to trade and I thought he was crazy.  After he went a made the trade he immediately brought it home and did what he does best, tore it apart and fixed it.  That night he got it running and Kyson was SO EXCITED!! He woke up the next day begging to ride it.  Zac worked on it late into the night before so Kyson didn't get to ride it before he went to bed.  I told him he had to wait until Zac came home because I didn't know anything about it.  I think that was the LONGEST day of Kyson's life.  He is so much like Zac it's cute.  The minute Zac got home Kyson was out riding it for hours.  He LOVES it and he LOVES to go fast.  He has no fear, he seriously is a Zac Jr.  I do have to say, Zac is very impressive at his fixing abilities.  I did doubt the trade, but now I am so happy he did it.

Kyson walked around like this all day, waiting for his daddy to get home.  I think he was a little excited what do you think : )
