Off to California...

I am so excited, we have been counting down the days for a long time now. We are off to California today. We are going to take the boys to Disneyland and Sea World. I am so excited, it will be so nice to have a fun family vacation. The only thing I am worried about is the 13 hours in the car with a 2 and 3 year old. Wish me luck!!

Happy Thanksgiving

We had a good Thanksgiving. We ate dinner up in Perry with the Mason family and then went and enjoyed pie and bowling with my family. It was a nice relaxing day. I am so thankful for so much that I have. I couldn't ask for anything better than the life that I have. I am grateful for my family, especially my great husband and my amazingly cute boys, the gospel, our home, my job, and so much more. I seriously don't know what I did to deserve what I have, but I am so greatful for what I have been given!!

The boys loved bowling, they did pretty good too. I love this family tradition, its something fun we have always done on Thanksgiving night.
Happy Thanksgiving!!

My baby turned 2...

Tuesday was Kyson's 2nd Birthday. The whole day was so much fun. Zac took a half a day off work so we could have a fun day as a family. We went out to lunch and then took the boys to get their haircut at Krystal's salon. After the salon we headed to Toads Fun Zone where we rode "race cars" It was so cute to hear the boys giggle when we would pass each other on the track. After the fun ride we went in and played some arcade games where the boys had a BLAST. We then came home and had cake and ice cream with all the family. It was so much fun and Kyson was so overwhelmed with all the GREAT toys he got. Tegan had such a hard time understanding that it was Ky's birthday and not his, but Ky was nice and let him open most of his presents. Happy Birthday Buddy, the past two years have flown by!! We love you so much!!

Boys will be boys...

The other night when I was at work the boys were playing and going down the stairs to the basement on their bellies. Zac said he didn't actually see what happened, but he thinks Tegan tried to ride Ky down the stairs. Well, whatever happened ended up with this nice carpet burn on Ky's face. The picture doesn't really show it really good, but he also has a sore under his eye and on his forehead. It looks so sore : ( Apparently it didn't scare him though because last night at my mom's house I looked over and he was coming down the stairs on his belly rubbing his face on each stair as he came down and he was laughing so hard. He is so funny!!

Happy Halloween

I was kind of disappointed in mine and Zac's costumes, I was going to buy the actual Ketchup and Mustard costumes, but it was going to be $40 bucks and I am too cheap to pay that for one hour of showing it off, so we just made our own. I made hats that looked like caps but the colors were way off and mine looked orange next to my red top so we kind of ended up looking lame, but what do you do. This is our little family of a hamburger, hot dog, ketchup and mustard. The boys had fun getting free candy, Tegan wasn't understanding what to say he kept saying "Trick or Treating" it wasn't until the end of the night that he finally caught on what to say. Happy Halloween!!
