35 weeks....

I am so excited to say that I have just about made it to 35 weeks. My doctor thought for sure I wouldn't make it this long, but thank goodness for modern day medicine that has helped little Beckem continue to grow and get big in my tummy. Hopefully he can stay in at least one more week and then he will be okay to come play in this crazy world.

Golfing

Ever since Tegan got his golf clubs for his birthday he has been begging to go golfing. The other night Zac took them while I was at work to hit a bucket of balls. They LOVED it. We decided to take them again the other night so I could see how good they did. It was so fun to watch them. Ky definately needs a set of left handed golf clubs, but he still did pretty good. Tegan loved walking in with his clubs and being just like his daddy.

Hanging out with Jake

On Sunday Justin and Nicole brought dinner over to eat as a family and my boys were SO EXCITED to see Jake. They sure do love their cousin. It was so cute, after dinner we got to babysit him for a little bit while Justin and Nicole ran up to the fireside and Tegan kept saying, "Is our baby going to have this much hair?? Is our baby going to be this small?? Is our baby going to drink milk like Jake??" They are getting pretty excited to have their baby brother here. When it was time for Jake to eat Kyson was so excited to get to feed him. Tegan helped a little bit, but Kyson sat there the whole time and held the bottle for Jake. It was so sweet to see. We sure do love Jake!!

Fishing Trip Weekend

This weekend was the annual fishing trip for Zac and the boys in his family so me and the boys had a full weekend of hanging out and playing. Friday night Justin and Nicole invited us up to Nicole's parents house to ride horses, go on a canoe ride and feed the fish. The boys LOVED it. Nicole's dad was so cute with the boys and it was so nice of him to let the boys ride the horses. My boys LOVE horses they were so excited!!

Kyson LOVES tractors and was so excited to sit on this tractor and pretend to drive it

It's so fun to feed the fish in this pond, they go crazy and they are huge. It's fun to see them.

Nicole's new haircut is SO CUTE!! I love it on her!!

The grass to the pond was taller than Ky. He kept laughing because it was tickling his face. After we got home we watched a movie and had a sleepover up in the bonus room.

Saturday we played on the slip in slide, went to dinner with the whole family and hung out at our house with Justin and Nicole.

Sunday Justin and Nicole made a delicious ham, dutch oven rolls and yummy brownies with ice cream and we had Sunday dinner at our house. My parents have been on a cruise since last week and we usually eat Sunday dinner at my mom's house, but it was fun to have everyone here. After dinner we got to play with Jake while they went to the fireside and then everyone headed up to Weber State's fireworks.

It was a busy but fun weekend. I am glad to have Zac home. I don't think I could ever make it as a single parent, it's A LOT of work and I missed him like crazy!! Thanks so Justin, Nicole and Jake for lots of fun times this past weekend, it was great!!

Happy 4th of July

We had such a fun and busy day yesterday. The fourth of July is my FAVORITE holiday. I love all the activities, people, food and FIREWORKS. We started the day out by going to the Farr West parade then I headed up to Cherry Days with my parents and Krystal. It was so fun watching the kids have so much fun on the kids rides and everything. After we came home from the park we headed down to Downtown Ogden for their festivities. We watched some motorcycles jump, played on the bouncy slide and spent a fortune on food and got to watch the biggest demo derby in the west. It was so fun. I was worried because we were there for a total of six hours watching all the events and I thought for sure the boys would get bored and worn out of sitting there, but they did so good. It's amazing that they can't sit through an hour of sacrament, but they can sit and watch cars crash for six hours : ) After the derby they had an awesome show of fireworks. I am so sad because I didn't get any pictures but it was such a fun day.

The fourth of July is such a fun holiday, but most of all I love it because it's a time that we celebrate our freedom. Having my dad and brother in the military I hold a special place in my heart for those amazing people that serve our country. I am so grateful for the sacrifices these people have made so we can live in such an amazing place!! Happy 4th of July everyone!!
