I'm angry
I love the age that my boys are right now. It gets better and better everyday. I wish I could keep them this fun age and never let them grow up, but since I can't do that I will just enjoy them while they say the funniest things. Last night after the wedding we went to my parents to unload the presents from the trailer and this is what happened...I came walking up the stairs and Tegan was in the kitchen with his little eyebrows together and had a very upset look on his face and this is how our conversation went...
Tegan: "Mom, I am very ANGRY!!"Me: "You are angry, how come??"
Tegan: "Because Scott made me very mad"
Me: "How come?? What did Scott do to make you mad??"
Scott: "Tegan, sorry what did I do to make you mad??"
Tegan: "You did make me very mad"
Scott: "Sorry Tegan, I didn't mean to make you mad, what did I do"
At this time Scott was taking presents downstairs and Tegan was following behind him stomping his feet and still having an angry look on his face.
Tegan: "Well, you did make me very mad"Scott: "Are you mad because I took your present from you??"
Tegan: "Yes Scott, that made me very mad"
Scott: "Well, should we go get another present for you to carry??"
Tegan: "Yes lets go, now I am very happy"
Good thing we got that straightened out : ) He was having so much fun helping us unload presents and he especially loved it when grandpa paid him for his hard work. He couldn't wait to put it in his jar of money for his trip to Sea World in a couple of weeks. He is such a good boy!!

Tegan Said...
I love to write down the cute things the boys do or say so I will never forget them.
The other night we were driving home from grandma's and Zac wanted to go take a look at the side job, so we headed up to Pleasant View (not our usual route home) and after a few minutes Tegan said, "where are we freakin going??" (I guess I better stop saying that word, it doesn't really sound good when your three year old says it oops!!) So I told him we were going to look at the side job and then of course the "why" question comes out. So after a few minutes more he over-exaggerated a big yawn with lots of noise and he said, "wow, I sure am tired" I couldn't stop laughing. Kids are great!!

Bridal Shower
Last night we had our family shower for Krys. I can't believe that 14 days from now she will be a WIFE, good luck with that. : ) She got TONS of great food and things that they will really enjoy!! Now, if only they had a house to put it in...Ha ha
Hopefully something will workout before October 27th
Pictures of Great Grandma Rogers
I just found these pictures on my camera and I LOVE them. I think they were from Memorial Day. I am so grateful we live so close to Great Grandma Rogers and get to see her frequently. The boys LOVE to go to Great Grandma and play with the trucks and swing on the swings. She is such a cute lady and always makes me smile!!

Craft Night
I have the cutiest group of friends in my neighborhood. We have craft night every once in awhile. I wish it was monthly, but I think Brinley would kill us if she had to cut wood that much. It's so fun to get together though and make cute crafts for my house. This is the one we did the other night, I love it!! It was only $12.00 and it's huge, I love good deals.

General Conference
I will never forget when I was a senior in High School I went to work one day and was telling my co-workers how excited I was that the upcomming weekend was General Conference. One co-worker said, "oh is that where a bunch of old men come on T.V. and talk all day" My heart broke because if only she knew that General Conference is so much more than that. I have a special place in my heart for those "old men". It is through them that we have modern day revelation. They are the greatest leaders on this Earth today. I am so grateful for my living prophet today and the joy that he carries with him. I am so grateful for the joy that the Gospel brings to my life and to my family. I LOVE General Conference and the great talks we get to listen to. I love feeling the spirit and the peace that it brings into our home. This world is so wicked and is only getting worse everyday.
My heart hurts when I think about what challenges my boys are going to have to face in this world, but I hope and pray that they stay close to their Father in Heaven and turn to Him when the challenges come. I am so grateful for the Priesthood that Zac honors and holds for our family.
I don't know what I did to be so blessed in this world, but I feel like the luckiest girl when I think of all that I have been given. I love my Father in Heaven SO MUCH and can't wait for the day that I can return to Him and give Him a big hug for everything He has blessed me with!!

Neighborhood Softball Team
I found this picture on Keely's bog and loved it. One thing that we enjoyed this summer was going to lots of softball games. This is our neighborhood team. They took first place in the regular season. I love our neighborhood and am so grateful for the great people that are in our neighborhood. There are so many fun people and I love it!!
