Happy 4th of July

The 4th of July is my FAVORITE holiday of the year!!  This one was probably my favorite 4th celebration yet.  We started it out by going to the parade in North Ogden. 

 Then we went to my parents and had a barbecue.  We usually go to Cherry Days and eat lunch but we decided it was SO HOT and there are always SO MANY people.  We decided to do something different and I am so glad we did.  We had a blast at my parents house.  Grandpa even got in his swimsuit and went on the slip n slide with us.  It was SO MUCH FUN!! 

Justin and Nicole came down for a bit and we face timed with Scott and Sandra.  It was fun to have the whole family together.  That night we went up to my parents and watched the fireworks on their front lawn.  Such a fun day spent with the Rogers family.  Happy 4th of July!!

Founder's Day Celebration

I LOVE summer and all the fun things to do.  We went to the Founder's Day parade and then headed to the park for the Founder's Day Celebration. 

 The Trout Farm brought a bunch of fish over and all the kids could catch fish with their hands.  Tegan and Kyson were loving it!!

 The boys had a blast on the inflatable water slides.

 They enjoyed a train ride around the park.  Beckem was too busy on the water slides he didn't want to take time out of his play time for the train ride so the boys went without him. 

 

Our tickets be bought to the park came with a snow cone.  SCORE!!  Such a fun day, then that night we went up to the "fishy" park and enjoyed the fireworks.  

Tegan's Baptism

Tegan was lucky enough to get baptized on his birthday.  After the pool we ran to the church to set up and then home to get ready.  It was such a fun night.  Hopefully Tegan had fun and it was everything he wanted for his birthday and baptism.

 Grandpa was playing with all of the kids while cleaning up.  He told them it was a train and was giving rides.  The kids loved it. 

 After the baptism we went out to see fireworks in South Ogden. On the way there Tegan said, "mom and dad, I feel so happy right now."  We explained to him that was the spirit and the Holy Ghost that he received on his birthday. The best gift he could get : )  I am so proud of him!!
