Before I found my new job, my leadership team planned a trip down to Dixie Regional Hospital to get improvement ideas from them. We made it a family trip. While I was at the hospital each day the boys went and played and then at night we hung out as a family. It was a fun trip and a great way to spend my last few days at Intermountain with my leadership team.
