Labor Day Weekend

Labor Day weekend was so much fun. For the past month or so Zac has been working during the day and then going to a side job at night, but he had four days off of BOTH jobs, it was SO NICE!!

Thursday me, Zac and Tegan went to the raptors baseball game. Kyson stayed home with grandma and grandpa, he is still a little bit too little to sit for that long. Tegan got to meet the raptor and then we went up to visit Shawn and Brandje. They have season tickets, their seats are right behind home plate. While we were sitting there visiting with them a foul ball came back behind home plate. The ball went straight up in the air and came straight down at us. Zac and Shawn both tried to catch it and I tried to cover Tegan's head. The ball came right down next to Tegan's feet. He kept saying, "that ball almost hit my shoulder." It was about a foot from hitting Tegan, but he didn't care he was excited he got a ball.

Friday night I had to work : ( but then Saturday morning we headed up to Monte where all the Mason family was staying for the weekend. We didn't stay over night, but the boys had a BLAST playing in the dirt and we enjoyed a nice fire and roasting marshmellows before we came back home. I tried to get a cute picture of the boys sitting down next to each other in the weeds, but when I got out the camera they just wanted to lay down in the weeds and they just kept laying there and laughing. It was pretty cute.

Sunday we just relaxed at home. Monday we went in the morning to the Rogers' family anual golf tournament. I won the longest yard : ) Second year in a row, I am on a roll : ) That night we went to the Rogers family picnic at the park and finished the day up with Zac's softball game for the neighborhood team. It was so much fun being able to spend so much time together!! There is nothing better than being with my family!!
