Angels, Parties and Lots of Love

As I was walking out of Walmart, randomly look what was on the ground.  I love finding this reminder that my angels are so close to me :)
Ruby had a birthday!!

Kyson didn’t have school because the 9th graders were doing testing so he got to come to work with me and be a patient for the doctor to mess around with the ultrasound.  I love that I have a job where my kids can come and be with me and I can spend time with them while doing my job.  I am so blessed.

Krystal was having a rough day so I went and picked up Ruby and spent the day with her so Krystal could have some self care time.  I was halfway to my house when Ruby realized she didn’t have her headband. We had to turn around and go get it.  I love that girls are so different than boys. I am so grateful to have these girls in my life to get to enjoy girl time with them!!

My 39th Birthday

Zac surprised me with a weekend get away to Park City/Heber area.  We went and ate at the cutest place for lunch in Heber.  I LOVED the whole environment, but was all my style.

He then surprised me with a horse back ride.  I LOVE horses and he had never been horse back riding.  I love that Zac really listens to things I love and is willing to go out of his comfort zone to do things with me.  It was such a fun peaceful walk with these cute horses.

On Sunday after we got home from Heber/Park City, Krystal came up and we played games.  I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday celebration. So grateful for the loved ones I have in my life.  I am so blessed

Boden wrote me this cute message on my blanket. These little things my boys do are so sweet and mean so much to me!!

Glenwood Springs, CO

I was asked to go to Glenwood Springs, CO around Memorial Day weekend.  I got approval from my work to drive my truck and trailer and stay with my family over the weekend and then do work after Memorial Day.  I am so grateful for my job and the opportunity I have to travel, spend time with my family and do something I love.

We defiantly had angels watching over us.  As we were nearing Spanish Fork, UT  we heard loud bang a couple to times, we weren’t sure what the noise was. We got off at Spanish Fork to head through the canyon to Colorado.  When we stopped at a red light, the trailer brakes locked up and we heard a really loud noise.  Zac pulled into the nearest parking lot and this is what our hitch was doing. One of the cotter pins had come out of our trailer hitch.  We still aren’t sure how we didn’t lose the trailer or how we were able to keep it attached on the freeway.  We were able to get a new pin and Zac bent the part of the hitch back that was messed up.  I am so grateful for angels that are watching over us and protecting us.  I am also grateful for Zac’s handyman skills to be able to fix anything in a time of need.  I am so blessed!!

While I was at the hospital working, Zac took the boys fishing.  They caught some good looking fish on the Colorado River.

On Memorial Day we took the boys to an adventure park in Glenwood Springs.  It’s an amusement park built on the side and top of a mountain.  It was so crazy but so fun!!  We had to ride a gondola to get up to the park and then there were multiple roller coasters and swings that went over the edge of the mountain.  It was right up the boys alley of adventure :)

After the adventure park, we went fishing on the Colorado River.  Kyson got bored and I saw him walking around, but I didn’t know what he was doing.  Turns out he was picking these beautiful flowers to make me a bouquet.  He is such a sweetheart!!  I love the little things my boys do for me to show me they care.  I am so grateful for this crazy life of boys that I have.  They are so good to me!!

Motocross 2023

Towards the beginning of the races it started to thunder and lighting, they evacuated everyone from the stands.  After about 30 minutes they said it was clear to enter back into the stadium.  Once the races started it started to rain, then downpour.  The boys were determined to stay.  About halfway through the show we went out and bought everyone sweatshirts because we were so wet and cold.  It was kind of miserable but we made it through.  The boys stayed all the way to the end.  Definitely a night to remember.
